It is a story about chickens and the owner. Reno is really upset now. The 24 chickens that he really loves are dead. Snot disease has attacked them to death in only 6 days. However, he still has some baby chickens, a hen which will hatch her eggs, and a hen which can never lay eggs because of "tetelo" disease. They are his hope to take care of as loving pets. And he's also taken some lessons about life from the dead and the living chickens: love and care what you have as you can, but never regret it when they leave you because their time to leave you has come and they cannot deny it; you can't either.
